The Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) is now accepting applications for its prestigious Graduate Scholarship Program for the January 2025 intake.
This fully-funded scholarship allows international students to pursue master’s and PhD degrees in various fields, including engineering, technology, and management.

Eligibility Criteria for SIIT Graduate Scholarship
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree for master’s programs or a master’s degree for PhD programs in related fields ²
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 for master’s applicants and 3.50 for PhD applicants ¹
- English proficiency test scores (IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent) ²

- Statement of purpose (at least one page)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
- Official transcript or current transcript
- Bachelor’s degree transcript with at least GPa A of 2.75
- Citizen ID card or passport
- Research paper, publication, or certificates (if any)
- Recent photograph (1 x 1.5 inches size as jpeg. only)
